Worst customer service so the host, who was also I think the manager, told us a 25-30 minute wait for a table and we were fine... with that and put our name down.. then we went and shopped around downtown and got a text that our table was ready but when wegot there he told us that we could sit at the bar and if we wanted to wait for a table that we would be put at the end of thewaitlist and have to wait another 30 minutes. we saw 2 open tables and asked if we could sit there and he said no that he wasputting other people (behind us on the list) there and then scolded us like we were 5 years old. he then looked at me and said?I don?t have time to argue with you, so if you want to leave you can come to the host stand and give me your menus back? Was expecting much better. Menu boasts a stupefying amount of choices but they miss on the basics. Coffee was terrible, got it... replaced with another terrible cup and then settled for water. Had a steak dish that was uninteresting with home fries that werebasically boiled potatoes with too much paprika. My mom got a shrimp and grits dish and the shrimp was basically buried inspices and unrecognizable. They wouldn?t turn down the music. We ordered 2 sandwiches online for pickup. Mine was turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayo. Cost about $13. ... They charged .50 for the onion and .50 for the mayo! There was literally one thin slice of turkey between the toast and skimpyvegetables...ONE SLICE OF TURKEY.....Basically an empty $13.00 turkey sandwich. Usually food is pretty good. Lately they cut back on how much toast is given with take outs. But what bothers me the most is... getting charged 16% in fees and then they want a tip. 6% service fee, 10% kitchen staff gratuity that I did not have the optionof paying or not paying, and then they give the option for leaving MORE in tips? Just pay your staff and charge an honest priceup front. I order pickup because I dont want to sit in a noosy crowded environment. But to get nailed with 16% because ofthat? I'm done with it.
