I love this location. I never realize the reviews at this Location. I wanted to add some help to the ratings. I am too lazy to... drive to N Duke Location. I was greeting at the door. I felt valued. I just wished the young lady who checked me out had on ahair net or a hat. She has pretty long hair. She is working extra hard to check guest out and make pizza. Read more
Ordered at 6:29pm. 7:15 called, got a recording that said pizza is baking estimated delivery is 7:22. That?s not even possible -... I live 10 minutes from the store. Can?t talk to a person - system disconnects you. I normally do Dominos - decided to try PapaJohn. Never again - worst experience ever. Read more
Waited for 3 hours for a order that never showed up. This is the 3rd time this happened. The employees are repeatedly voiding... the orders after they come in. Don't use this location, you'll lose money and go hungry. Use Pie Pushers instead. They show upeverytime. Read more
Ordered one of the newly advertised New York crust pizzas. Young man greeted me as soon as I walked in but none of the employees... were wearing a mask. Not sure what the store policy is. After waiting for a few minutes, I was handed two pizza boxes insteadof one. When I told him I didn't order two pizzas, he explained they didn't have a box large enough to put the entire pizza inso they cut the pizza in half. Opened the box and 4 were slices were slightly larger than normal; the other four slices werealmost like a small- size slice. They all could have fit in one box. I paid for four toppings(pepperoni, sausage, spicy sausageand beef.) There were one and a half pieces of small pepperoni on each slice and then a cluster of sausage pieces on the otherend of the slice. No toppings hardly at all. For $22??!! I am giving it 2 stars for the nice young man who helped me and zerostars for the pizza. Can't say how it tasted because we each were only able to take one bite....where the pepperoni was! Read more
