I ordered 2 pies through the Your Pie app, to be ready at 7 pm tonight. My husband arrived on time but only one pie was... prepared. After waiting half an hour, during which time the sullen employees ignored my husband's requests to find out when theother pie would be ready, he'd had enough and asked for a credit for the second pie. The employee didn't know how to processthat, so he just gave him a handwritten note that he can present tomorrow to get a refund. So...my husband came home with dinnerfor one, not two. The pie we did get was cold, but once reheated it was good. But the rudeness of the employees and the failureto prepare our whole order made this meal unacceptable. Three years ago I posted a very positive review when we first tried YourPie. I just deleted it, in view of our latest experience. (And, there was only one small party dining in, so it was not busy,although online orders were coming in apparently.) I'd like a prompt refund for the missing pie, plus I want my gratuity backtoo. Follow-up: I was contacted by the owner promptly and given an apology and refund. My husband and I will return to Your Piesome time in the future, as the pizza is very good. Read more

Picked up my order for carry out. Food boxes were luck warm sitting on top of heat lamp vs inside heat lamp. Topping we?re... missing from my BBQ chicken pizza as well as peach prosciutto and cheese bread was over cooked and dry. Should?ve returned itall but didn?t notice until I arrived home. Read more
Was excited to visit this place but ended up being underwhelmed. They are trying to be like MOD pizza but less topping options,... smaller pizza, and they had no drink options when I went. Pizza was not bad though, hence the 2 star. Read more
