G&G spends a lot of time and effort cooking their BBQ. A BIG problem they have is poorly sliced brisket. People who understand... brisket know that brisket is to be sliced across the grain of the meat and not with the grain. A perfectly cooked brisket can beeasily ruined with poor knife work.
