Spent over $40 for a pizza and for extra toppings and did not receive them. Basically, told by (Beggars-Mary Ann) that I was a... liar. I'm very offended. For the past couple of years the food has been hit or miss but I still patronized. After today, I willspend my money elsewhere. Read more
Just picked up pizza and was met with the sassiest and most rude cashier. I asked to buy ranch and was told rudely just ?no?. I... asked for the military discount and kiana the cashier said ?no it?s too late I?ve already rung it in? terrible service. Terribleexperience. Pizza is good but service. We are members of their reward club. Got and email for free cheesy bread for my birthday. I got the... the mail on August 26. It was my birthday on Sept 4 so we ordered pizza a cheesy bread. Well they charged for the bread. Ishowed them the email which had the ad for it. Young teens were working and could not find it in the computer. She went to getthe manager and the manager would not come out to speak with us. This is the second time we had a problem at Beggers. Asked tospeak to the manager and the manager would not speak to us. You could tell how nervous the employees were. I just thanked thembecause they tried and told them it was not their fault. When we told our company what happened they were not surprised becausethey had problems and the manager did not come out to speak to them. To bad and sad to see a place start to go down hill. I typically enjoyed eating the pies here and have had some issues in the past but they have always been resolved. Up until... recently, we had an issue with a foreign object in our pie that chipped my tooth. I called and told the gentleman what hadhappened and offered to give me another pizza... at this point I was beyond another pizza. I had already made an appointmentwith the dentist and that I would be using my insurance to have the work done and thought they should be atleast liable forwhatever isn't covered. Then I was told people try and scam him... I understood that and took that into consideration but bythe end of the conversation he was insinuating I was also. So he can keep his pizza, I will pay out of pocket what isn't coveredand never get a pizza there again. I hope this review was helpful. Read more
