Absolutely dreadful service. 2 of us visited this place for the first time tonight. Live just down the street from here and... wanted to check it out. Will never be back. Ordered 2 cocktails. First one was delivered about 10-15 mins after ordering.Server told me the cocktail I ordered ?was out?. So I asked for a few minutes to look at the menu again. She came back and Igave her my order to never see her again for another 20 minutes. I ended up going to the bar to order one and the femalebartender told me they were out of that cocktail too. Told them nevermind as I just wanted to leave now. Went back to our tableto let the person I was with finish his drink and then ditch this place and go home. Shortly before leaving the manager came upto me and asked what?s up. Told her what was happening and the complete lack of attention from the waitress that disappearedwithout explanation. Then the manager told me the drinks I ordered wouldn?t be ?out of stock? and she would be happy to get meone of them. I was like. Huh??? As we were leaving the waitress showed up with my cocktail. 35 minutes after I ordered it. Irefused to accept it even after management said it would be on the house. Absolutely horrendous service and contradictoryinformation from the staff. As I said. I refuse to ever give this place a 2nd chance or another second of my time. Top notch bar in one of the world's best hotels. They have a wide variety of drink selection, beautiful decor and views, plus... the bartender, Jon, is awesome and makes you feel like you are at home... Even of you're from the other side of the country.Highly recommended. Read more

Updated - We appreciated the customer service from the hotel management and had a great experience visiting the lounge later in... the evening! We had a horrible experience having drinks at the Ember & Ice. Unfortunately options are likely limited on sitebut I would recommend grabbing a drink/bite somewhere else. We waited for over 20 minutes for drinks while sitting at the barand observed several issues, instances where it seemed like a completely new or untrained staff. Very disappointing for a spacewith so much potential! Read more
