Very rude staff. We tried to tried to order inside. There was 4 of us (2 kids & 2 adults). The ordering kiosk was not working... properly. We went to order at counter. I said, "We are having problems. May we order at the counter? " The girl staff with the2 nose piercings was super rude and told us, "NO!!! I'm going on BREAK! You figure it out!" It is NOT My problem!!!" I asked forher name. She wouldn't give it to me!!! We left and we to a better service McDonald's!!! This staff needs customers training!!Won't Ever Be Back!!! Read more
The worst McDonald?s I ever been eating in?. We ordered a happy meal for kid - they forgot to put a drink and a sandwich and... apples? Forgot to give drinks for everyone as well and all the sauces. Another order we waited for 20 min(it was 2 drinks - justto give cups???????????) and one sandwich? they just forgot to do it. Like all McDonald's, no problem with the food, but the customer service really isn't great...I witness a lady get yelled at by... what looked to be a manager because she "needed to pay" even though it was a mobile order and she had already gotten charged forher food. The lady was very calm and clearly confused but the man raised his voice at her in front of her child. That same daythey took 30 minutes to get me a plain cheeseburger in which I had to ask for it and they then on the spot made a regularcheeseburger with onions, pickles, etc. I'm allergic to onions... A lady also rolled her eyes at me today because I didn't hearher say mobile order and took a minute to realize it was my order. I don't think anyone, other than the dude yelling, deservesto get fired but they need more staff and better training.. Read more
