Another amazing meal! I ordered the rusty taco and the bbq brisket nachos. FYI, the nachos are a big portion. For some reason... I thought it would be a single serving size and I didn't ask. It was a surprise when they brought it out and I'm glad I haveleftovers :) Read more
Nacho Chips was a bit hard but flavor of their tacos were great! The Nachos platter are huge and delicious. On this day I think... they were understaffed as it took long to prepare our tacos. Read more
We rented the taco truck for our party and it was perfect! The truck showed up at the time they said they would, they set up... and got to work. They were polite and fun to work with. At the end of the party they packed up drove away and you didn?t evenknow they had been there. Definitely worth the money, the food was amazing as usual. I love Rusty Taco?s food and normally go to the Minneapolis location, but this Eagan location was really nice and had a lot of... outdoor seating. I did have a mixup with my tacos and was unfortunately given battered fish after ordering grilled. No biggie,but if you have celiac/are gluten free that is something I would remind them of. I?ve had a similar experience at theMinneapolis location. They say they default to using corn tortillas, but again I would just remind them when ordering if that isa dietary need that you have. I liked this place the very first time I went back in 2021, since then it has gone down hill for me. I still go every now and... then to see if it all depends on who?s working and how they cook it. I went again today because my daughter wanted the chipswith queso (never go wrong with that) I ordered the fried shrimp taco and a water from fountain. The water tasted funny so Idumped it out and poured more in and it still was bad. I look at where the ice comes out and there is ?pink slime? inside wherethe ice comes out. They don?t clean the machine from the looks of it?at that point I just bought a coke in the bottle. For theprice of the taco, it could have been better, way too much coleslaw in my opinion but I just removed what I didn?t want. Read more
