It's Total Wine, great selection and great prices. On top of that the staff here is always helpful and polite.
Just picked up from this location, and had a very unfortunate experience. I walked over to the pickup area and no one was there.... I noticed a sign that said press here for assistance, so I pressed the button I saw that was under the sign. I proceeded to sitthere for 5-10mins scrolling through my phone. Eventually an employee made their way to me and I said that I had a pickup andthat I had been waiting for a while, because I wasn't even sure if they were there with the intention of helping me. They askeddid you press this button? To which I replied yes, because I figured that was the button I needed to press. The employee wasvery short with me and just grunted that that was the button to cancel the call for help. I figured it was an honest mistake butthey made me feel really stupid for it instead of just lauguing it off and helping me with my order (which is how I would'vehandled the situation). I wasn't even sure if they were going to help me at that point so I then proceeded to press the correctbutton directly next to the button I had pressed and the employee begrudgingly helped me with my order. I hate total wine so much. I just leave angry everytime I go. Sure it's cheaper but it's impossible to find anything, it's... organized by someone who obviously doesn't have any training in space management or was drunk when doing it and the amount ofmoney I save isn't worth the extra time trying to find things and the frustration. It gets the second star because the employeesare friendly and seem to want to do a good job, and I found a stash of Goose Island KBS stashed in a corner one time which wascool. Otherwise I'll go out of my way to not have to go in here. Read more
