Was ordered online arriving to pick up at 5:45. Because the pick up time was between 5:10-5:25.. and i knew it was a Saturday... and it would be busy when i arrived, they had not even started my pizza. The poor employees were overrun with mobile ordersplus the crazy crowd that was walking in. I wish they would have just turned off mobile orders instead of doing that to theiremployees, they were hustling and giving great service but they did not have the capacity to take care of that.. this is not thefirst time this has happened to me at one of your locations. This pizza place was gre by at when it first opened. Since Covid the service has gone downhill and the attitude of workers... verydecided to try again tonight and we?re disappointed once again. First workers were moving at a snails pace. The girl makingthe pizza was friendly but made no eye contact. Then they cooked the pizza. We patiently waited to hear our names, which wasextremely hard because the music was so loud. When the second pizza was called we asked about the first one and their responsewas ? we called the name and no one showed up so we put it in a to-go box. So my pizza was cold. Thank goodness we had a giftcard. Be wary of the special this month. If they give a small drink there is no savings. If they give you a large drink thereis only a $.30 savings. Read more
Minimal cheese was placed on the pizza and when I asked for more she placed 3 more little shreds. The pizza was also undercooked... and tasted like sauce and bread. Then they gave away our cheese bread to someone else. When I asked for our cheese bread I wasgiven attitude and told just a min.
