They forgot a pizza and told me it was going to be 20 mins. I said the rest of my order will get cold though.. they said you can... run it home and come back. I said well that’s a little crazy right? They said well the the best option I can give you. I own acustomer facing business and in this situation I would have owned my mistake and replaced the whole order. First time I ordered was incredible. 2nd time not so much. I called & spoke to the manager Ryan. He made sure I was taken care... of. Their pizza is amazing. Just this time it was not so great. I will be back though. Idk how to respond to your response....but thank you for the reply. I wanted the pizza uncut because that is what makes it a true Chicago pizza. If it is cut, it justruins the pizza. I hate wasting food, so I didn't want them to remake it. Read more
