In fairness to the owner, it was an off night. He was very friendly and honest. Two of our group ordered fish sandwiches. He... came back after a bit and said they would be a while longer because he didn't like the way the fish looked. He had the cook makesome fresh. So points for that. I ordered a burger and made a point of asking if I could get it looked rare. No problem he said.It came out well done. We were the only people there, so it shouldn't have been too hard to make sure it wasn't over cooked.Shame on me for not letting him know. So... here it is.
