I ordered two medium pizzas and it took 30 minutes longer than they told me it would and then when it finally arrived my Crest... was hard and dry on both pizzas just not very good on one of the pizzas all the whole pizza was pretty dry and hard and it's abit frustrating. Every other experience I've had with Domino's has usually been pretty good but the Domino's out in eaglemountain could be doing better Read more
I don?t blame the staff at all, but there were only 2 people working on Labor Day and we had only ordered 1 pizza and waited... over an hour. I understand being short staffed, but they should really plan better for holidays. Read more
I ordered a pizza online and it was giving me a hard time, so I called and they made sure my order with the online coupon was... matched, which was cool because I had something similar happen a couple weeks ago at little Caesars and they would not match theprice. GREAT PIZZA GREAT LOCATION Sorry for the story but it?s a good one.. I thought I was ordering at the Dominos in city Center my... mistake.. I didn?t wanna order at this location because I?ve ordered there before and the pizza was not as good as other placesI?ve ordered from. so I went to that Domino?s in city Center to pick up my pizza and they let me know that my pizza is not attheir location. I told the woman I was talking to that I didn?t want to order from there because the pizza wasn?t as goodunfortunately.. she replied that I should trust them again because they have new workers and new management who just so happensto be her son .. I went to the right location let them know hey my experiences here have been poor before but I?m giving you achance to recoup yourself.. because I was told to trust who is here now. I understand turnover is high sometimes and sometimespeople just don?t care about working like others do but I can say honestly now that this pizza is just delicious! new workersand they apparently care about the quality of the pizza because it was delicious! They did give me pizza for free because I?vehad poor experiences before.. I?m happy to say THIS LOCATION has GREAT PIZZA again! Thank you guys for making a great pizza anddealing with my honesty, it may not be a permanent job for all of you and maybe it is, but taking pride In YOUR work no matterwhat you do is a huge part of excellent character so thank you!
