Love that this is located in town with a lovely Play Place for the kiddos. However, the lobby is never open these days due to... staffing shortages. The few young people running the drive-through are certainly doing their best, and their effort isappreciated. We would love to see more people hire-on, helping to bring this location up to five stars. Read more
The location in Eagle River has gone downhill in the last few months. I placed a mobile order thinking they might have it done... pretty quick. I was wrong. It took longer than just driving through and ordering. 4 people behind me got their food before Idid. And they also forgot my fries. Which I?m not about to go back for because I don?t want to wait in line another half anhour. Read more
Went here around 2009-2012 when I was a child. Inside was nice and clean but going through the drive through was terrible.... Ordered 2 cheese burgers plain and got everything on it. Was never given a replacement because the staff didn't want to. As acurrent Manager at a McDonalds in a different state, that experience was not anywhere near the Golden Standard which everyemployee and manager needs to have every shift for customers to feel welcome, good service, so they can come back again. Good at the basics but don?t bother trying to special order anything, you ask for light or no ice they give you extra, etc. I... wanted to ask to fix my coffee this morning but after I was handed my drink they walked away and didn?t come back. Not the onlyincident that I?ve asked for something simple and it?s never right.
