Fries were raw. Chicken, fries and gravy was ice cold. Sweet tea tasted like dirty dish water.
Took me 25 minutes to get 3 pieces of chicken. Management should already be alert on a rush. It's simple and easy to be on top... of. Pre prep and be vigilant for these times. And not the first time in encountered this problem here. Read more
Have been to this location numerous times and the trip today was about normal. Go through the drive thru after placing my order... and see they are having a sale on wings. That's nice. We ordered 2x12 piece family meals. Get home and open up the boxes andthere are 6 wings in each box along with 2 each thighs, drumsticks and breast. Normally when you order a 12 piece you get 3 ofeach but I guess getting a deal on wings means that the customer has to pay the same price for a wing as they normally would fora breast. If I had known I would end up with 12 wings out of 24 pieces of chicken I would have just spent $10 and gotten the 12wings that was on sale and saved myself over $20 after tax. Read more
Went there with my family and order a lot of chicken and it came out halfway raw.. never eating there again especially having my... nieces and nephew almost eating that chicken. Went home and took a nap and got sick in the stomach for 2-3 days. Read more
