Absolutely horrible service - not a single employee cares. Tried to charge over $4 for a cup of water. They refused to refund my... money. Had to threaten contacting police to get them to refund my money. Went to Jack in the Box and they gave X-large water atno cost. Read more
Stood at counter for 10 minutes and didn't get waited on? I was the only one in there. One guy I could see in back cooking... somebody's food? Place was dirty. Made a complaint to corporate 2 months ago about the same thing. I thought maybe I would tryagain an see if any changes happened. Nope guess they really just don't care. See ya. They appeared to be short of help. The lady at the drive up was friendly but the group of cars in front of me had to pull away... from the window to wait for their orders. After paying I had to pull forward to wait for my order. The drive up lady bought outthe orders to the waiting cars, including mine. She had a difficult time walking. Placed my order at the drive through. Pulled to the window and paid and was asked to move forward to wait for my order which... was a simple single combo meal. Waited 20 minutes and then had to back up to the window to remind them that I was stillwaiting. Waited another 5 minutes to finally get my single combo meal. Hamburger was smashed, fries were cold.
