Overall, a great experience! Food was A+ and there was a ton of it! Everyone was so pumped to have Sugar Fire at a wedding, it... was wonderful. Only issue we had was a bartender or server loudly complaining that the venue wouldn't let them put a tip jarout...guess she didn't realize the groom was right next to her? I would've had no issue with a tip jar, they could've asked theMOH or discussed it further with the venue and we could have figured it out. But loudly complaining about it near theguests/wedding party/ groom? Super unprofessional. Other than that, I'm super happy we went with this for our wedding. Wouldrecommend! Wish I had the name of the staff member so this unprofessionalism could be corrected though. Read more
My wife and I went and ate there 9/25/22 around 3:30 in the afternoon it wasn't busy, the only meat they had was burnt ends.... They gave a sample which tasted pretty good so we ordered 2 plates of 6 Oz of burnt ends over half was fat. For $30 verydispleased Read more
Stopped in to give it a try. The people we friendly and tried to answer our questions . We ordered and it was prepared and put... together quickly. Food was good, service was excellent ! Price seemed a little on the high side with the portions we were givenbut a solid 7 on flavor and tast. Everything was good even though it wasn't a home run with me when I think BBQ. This smokehouse is simply meh. Not good, not terrible. The meat is tender and looks great, but has literally zero flavor. Not... sure how smoked meat has no flavor, but with some BBQ sauce, it's not bad. Definitely not worth the price! $60 for family of 4. Read more
