I waited for over 10 minutes in drive thru that I placed my online order 15 minutes ago then had to go into the store to pick up... and waited another 5 minutes ?. Not happy with service at all!!!!! Place stunk. Sorry, but... Only drive-thru service, the wait was well over a half hour and THEN, no syrups to make ANY flavor of... frozen coffees. All that time to end up only able to get a small regular coffee for my husband and to top it off? I could notget a reciept because you guessed it - they had no reciept paper either. Below is a cemetary right next door and probably filledwith others who ended up there because of the long wait in line...absolutely rediculous and I had no way to get out of line. Disgusting- I?ve had delivery from this location 6 times in the last month, as they?re the only location online nearby. Have not... received anything close to an accurate order any of the times, today I got my iced coffee with the straw in it? paper cover andall! No walk in. Drive threw only . Sound system and speaker don?t work and Dunkin won?t fix it . Employees can?t hear you . Ordered... the new grilled cheese . Wasn?t even cooked sent it back Was missing the pesto and tomato and tasted like cardboard. . Dunkinnever gives you napkins , guess they want you to use your sleeve. Half the order was wrong because they can?t hear you order.Service sucked . The girl at the drive through kept apologizing wasn?t her fault .. won?t go back there again!! Read more
This location seems to be struggling with staffing issues, and it has pretty long waits at the drive-thru. With only 1 staff... member visible. I am being pretty considerate and accommodating with a 4 star rating. Read more
