It's standard Dunkin fare, served by some pretty clueless folks. I ordered a coffee and a donut, but received only the coffee.... When I pointed out the missing donut, the waitress asked (confirming no less than three times) which donut I ordered. The bagshe handed to me contained nothing but a muffin. Read more

I was there 9.20 am . The cashier Elizabeth was extremely rude and unprofessional to the client in front of me I thought that... was an issue with his order, but then when was my turn I ordered a pumpkin latte with lactose free milk, instead I got an icelatte , so I asked the other lady making the coffee to changed it, she agreed but then Elizabeth started to yelled at me fromher area of work , she was so rude and unprofessional, no customer service at all, I just left with the same coffee and had tothrow it in the garbage .I feel bad for the clients coming to this place.
