I went through the drive thru and the girl that was there said to me she was new and she felt overwhelmed I was trying to refill... my Starbucks card on the app with cash and she did not know how to do it I felt bad and told her don?t worry about it is thereno manager to help you since your new she said no everyone is arguing with each other here and no one wants to help anyone I?mlike okay no problem. Placed an order for pick up on a Sunday at 7am. All staff are inside saying they will open late today when online says this... location opens at 5:30am.
