Someone unbeknownst to me, wrote a poor review on Mario's. Because of this "review," Mario's accused me of stalking their... drivers and yelling obscenities at them. This is highly unlikely because when I had covid, my lung collapsed. I am unable toyell without total exhaustion. That would have caused me to crash my car. Mario's claims to have reported me to the police also.(The police claim that no report was made.) This confuses me immensely. I, in turn, reported Mario's to the police. That waythere is an account of their harassment towards me. Read more
** they did call me back. I do appriciate the outreach. Orders are never right. I called and was just told that the place we... ordered with "has the wrong menue" no accountability. All the people seemed lost and not knowing what they were doing at all.Very dissapointed. I would think when you order things you pay for you might actually get them. Anytime we order their "extras"they haven't included them. If using a outside source to sell your food how about you make sure that they have the correct menu,and stop using it as a cop out . This was the worst experience ever. The server was fantastic, two sandwiches were ordered without onions and they both came out... with onions. One was sent back and the onion was picked out, and sent back out, the menu was subject to change and whenquestioned regarding the bill the female ( believe it?s the owner) was very defensive and tried to educate us about the cost offood.
