I've never purchased a sub here but it seems the place is quite popular and probably very good. But it's now been several... instances where I've picked up uber eats orders and the order is rarely ready. Drivers told to wait "a few minutes" which turnsout to be 10+ minutes as staff are clearly prioritizing in-person orders. Drivers receive no compensation for waiting, andadditionally the customer will think the long wait is due to the driver thereby increasing likelihood for bad driver ratings.Unprofessional overall.
