First point of contact was the phone call to place my order. Owner seemed rushed, like i was bothering him. Put me on hold a... couple of times. Ordered 2 small combos, shrimp and fish, and the shrimp and chicken wing. Shrimp were VERY small, and onionrings were obviously frozen. Lots of "filler" fries, but were undercooked and soggy. I tried this new spot 2 days ago, black owned establishment, and let me tell you I was blown away with how good the food was. I... ordered a whiting fish box and a separate order of fried shrimp, absolutely phenomenal!! I cannot wait to go back with my wife.I'm big on seasoning and seafood the seasoning was well-balanced. I stop by after completing an Uber ride and at the suggestion of my passenger decided to give it a try. I ordered the dry rub... Jamaican jerk wings, shrimp platter and some jalapeno poppers. The Jamaican dry rub was delicious and the chicken was donenicely, the jalapeno poppers were large and well cooked and lastly the shrimp were a little bit on the smaller side but had abeautiful batter on them and we're perfectly cooked!
