The employees are very friendly but some need additional training, the ice cream is great
I took my grandson in to get ice cream all he wanted was vanilla with one cherry and a little bit of chocolate syrup. The woman... behind the counter thought it would be cute to give my grandson an extrem amount of cherries with sauce. It was not. Mygrandson ended up waring the ice cream rather then consuming it. I come in regularly to get a cone dipped with cherry and sprinkles. Today after me getting this no less than 25 times, they... brought me out a sprinkle covered cone and said they couldn?t dip it. Forcing me to pay for something i didn?t ask for. I alsounderstand the workers are teenagers but the attitudes are unnecessary as no one was ever rude to them. Disappointed in thislocation. Read more
