Nice spot in the Hannah Plaza. We visited for breakfast. My breakfast burrito was not very warm but it tasted alright. My... wife likes her dish and my daughter's strawberry french toast was incredible! It was pretty busy but we were seated quickly. Our server was very nice, but not very attentive; possibly due to the number of guests. We'll visit again! Read more
French toast on house made challah is my gold standard for a menu item at any diner style university town breakfast... joint. French toast was delicious, beautiful, and cheap. Coffee was fresh and hot. Great chill restaurant for sitting one witha laptop or getting breakfast with a friend. Tried for the first time this morning. Seated pretty quickly. Service was kind and welcoming. I got the chocolate chip pancakes... combo with a side of biscuits and gravy. My mother got French toast and the West Side omelette. My pancakes were delicious, homefries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, bacon was crispy, eggs perfect. I think these might have been the bestbiscuits and gravy I have ever had. So full of flavor and the biscuits were to die for. My moms French toast was so thick andyummy, our waitress even included a side of just strawberries for her. Food took a little longer than expected but everything ismade from scratch and they were pretty busy so completely understandable. I tried Square One Breakfast & Bakery for the first time. The homefries are delicious - yummy garlicky flavor. The strawberries... and cream stuffed inside toast was good but I disappointed myself because I thought it was French toast. My husband said hisomelet was good. Did not enjoy the cinnamon roll because it did not have any cinnamon flavor at all. Price seemed about averagefor costs today. Read more

We tried this place this morning after hearing some decent things about it. I got the cinnamon roll pancakes which were... absolutely amazing. Another reviewer said that they were too sweet, but I did not find this to be the case at all. I thoughtthey were very well balanced for a sweet dish. My daughter got the biscuits and gravy. The gravy was good, but her biscuit wasincredibly dry. My wife got the Swuare One crossiant sandwich which was good, but not necessarily amazing. Overall we werepretty pleased, but the prices seemed quite high for the quality of food and atmosphere. There are cheaper options in thegreater Lansing area with better food in my opinion. If we were nearby, we would probably stop in again but would not go out ofour way to eat here? at least for their current prices.. Read more
