Not friendly at all. The person taking orders doesn't welcome you or even smile. The cups to hold the hot drinks are too hot to... hold in your hand. Donuts are mediocre. Read more

The last two times I've ordered have been so disappointing. I ordered two different donuts. They gave me two maple donuts... without letting me know or asking if I'd like something else or a refund. I go in to explain what happened & they say "yeah wedon't carry the ones you wanted anymore". That doesn't justify just giving me the wrong thing without asking. The time beforelast, I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar, simple. I pull through and they hand me a black coffee. I asked for creamand sugar. They give it back to me & say "she thinks she may have given you tea, so check". What? Why not just make it fromscratch? I taste it and it's coffee but very bitter. I ask if they put sugar in it. The cashier says she will make it herselfthis time. She hands me a third drink and I just leave. It is sweet tea with milk in it. I go to Dunkin religiously. I take my dog to there at night for pup cups?. This is the ONLY DUNKIN that REFUSES to sell you a... pup cup.
