I go into this place thinking it will be really nice... I thought wrong. First up We order our food and drinks,Then the cashier... messed up my order and my friend\'s order. Not organized at all. Lost our orders in the system and never thought to look in thesystem. I had to go up and ask for our orders. After they messed everything up we got 3 out of 4 things correct after I talkedthem, still an item was not correct. Fast forward 20 minutes more we get our order (we were already there for 40 minutes) I gotmy drink a Hot Chocolate. I do not know what they did to it but it was the worst drink I have ever had. It was not Chocolate.Fast forward we tell the lady nicely and she gives us a b**** face and seems shocked and sophisticated. Very selfish,andunorganized. Read more
I really dont know why I continue to try to come here thinking it will be a better experience each time. Sandwiches take at... LEAST 20 minutes to make. The staff is always new and inexperienced and mess up my coffee order every time. Sorry, i really wantto like this place but I\'d rather go to Dunkin at this point. Read more
Are used to come often. The service has not been good lately. Most recently I ordered through the app and put no tomato or... lettuce please as I strongly dislike tomato. When I arrived my bagel sandwich was saturated with tomatoes and tomato juice. WhenI told them and ask them to remake it there was no apology and I was just told they were busy it would take a half an hour toremake. Read more
We are visiting from out of state and our breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast sandwiches were amazing. The atmosphere was... cozy and welcoming. The freshly squeezed orange juice was perfect!
