Great pasta! Try typical Sicilian pasta with breaded chicken - it's really good.
I guess, remembering the old restaurant my expectations were higher, I asked to have the pasta separate from the meal, they... said no ? Ok, so as I was picking up the meal I asked for a little Ricatta cheese, the young man went to where the kitchenarea was, came back and said they had none ??? We ordered the Typical Sicilian pasta tonight, as we have many times before from the East Longmeadow location. When we opened... the bucket, we noticed right away there wasn?t as much sauce as there usually is. It was dry, and almost no flavor at all. Mymom called in hopes to get a small container of just the sauce so we could enjoy our meal. She talked to 3 people in total. Lastperson being a young male. He told my mom word for word ?We have had 160 orders tonight without 1 complaint besides you mam?acting as if we were lying! He would not give us any additional sauce unless we paid. We ALWAYS enjoy their food and have neverhad an issue until tonight. They acted as if they are perfect and can never make mistakes! She asked if there was anyone higherup she could speak to, and he said ?no and if you call back any other time you will get the same answer? he was so incrediblyrude we both have lost our appetite. She went there to see what they could do and they said ?see there?s plenty of sauce youhave to shake the bucket? no, there wasn?t barely any sauce and maybe your bucket should come with an instruction manual. Let's just start off with the amazing flavors, a shear escape of tantalizingexplosions of divine awesomeness in every bite. The penne meal would even be delis...w/o the chicken. Where have you been in mylife? Well....Definitely a repeat customer from here on.
