My husband and I ordered from them about a month ago. The order consisted of two meals and an appetizer to be picked up. The... person taking the order told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we got there in 20 minutes, we waited an additional 20minutes. The food was good so we decided to try again. Before I asked how long it would be, I told them that last time we waiteddouble the time they said it would take. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes, when in fact, it took 50 minutes. TOTALLY ADDICTED TO MILLE GRAZIE "HIDE THE UPSIDE DOWN SLICES" - They either say that or simply ask me "how many" when I walk... in. This is an INCREDIBLE family owned business! To be honest, I selfishly hesitated in writing this review... because I don'twant them blowing up and then I can't get my fix (just kidding). I really cannot say enough good things about Mille Grazie. Thestaff is always super friendly and accommodating and amazing!
