I had ordered 2 Thanksgiving platter meals paying extra for added ham to be picked up at 3pm Thanksgiving day. My husband... arrived at 3 to find a mass of people waiting to pick up their meals, some waiting as long as 2 hours from when they were topick theirs up. My husband saw bags of food with people?s names on them and asked if they needed help as he would call out thenames, but he was told ?no?. So the man next to my husband said,?well they didn?t tell me no? so he went back & was calling thenames out & people came forward to get their prearranged/paid for meals. My husband finally received ours & brought it to whereI was staying only to discover they had given us only one meal. We then turned around and went back to the Resturant and I wentin finding still a mass of waiting people. I went to the front and told the staff person I had ordered 2 meals and had onlyreceived one showing her the contents of the bad and my receipt. She acted like she did not know what to do but took my bag andwent to the kitchen. While I was waiting the man next to me said he was suppose to get his food at 2 pm (it was already 3:45). Iwas finally given my bag back with the 2 meals. When we reached home I found there was no ham added to the new platter & nocranberry sauce. It appeared apparent there was no manager nor experienced person managing the masses of people waiting fortheir food and the one person handing out meals was inexperienced not knowing what to do & no one hi I b her any direction. Infact they were handing out meals over the same cash register site as patron were trying to get to to pay for the meals they hadjust eaten there. You can imagine how cold the food was and with it being Turkey being held out of refrigeration for that longwas a food poisoning accident waiting to occur. Whenever I come to Peoria I eat here and request the same waitress everytime. Jessica is amazing and always makes sure we are... satisfied. The food is always hot and delicious. If you have room for it order a dessert. They are best. The restrooms arealways clean along with the whole restaurant. You wont be disappointed!! Read more

I tried online ordering and curbside pickup. It will be a long time before I want to repeat that experience. Horrible... customer service start to finish. Initially, i ordered everything online but the payment wouldn't go through when I tried tosubmit the order my computer just spun and spun. So, i closed the app and called in the order. i went to pickup the order andcalled from the curbside pickup. I was hold listening to a recording about how wonderful the curbside pickup was, but afterbeing on hold too long I walked in the carryout. I was ignored. Young man cashed out in dining couple, saw me and walkedaway to observe the shelves of things for sale in front of cash register, then walked away again. Finally, I walked over tothe serving line and asked for help. So, overall bad experience first with online ordering then curbside pickup. When I gothome about 16 miles away, my order didn't contain the soup I ordered and paid for. Food was okay but not great, I won't comeback again. Read more
