My family and I went to this chili?s and the customer service was horrible. My family and I went here and we were trying to... place a to go order and there were four young ladies who saw us waiting and they ignored us. We were waiting to place an orderfor about 10 minutes. They all saw us standing there and refused to come over to see if we had been taken care of. We asked tospeak with the manager and once we spoke with him and politely asked him to address his employees, he was very rude and seemedto not care about our concerns at all. I would give this place zero stars if I could. As soon as we walk in the hostess was very rude unprofessional. Proceeds to tell... us 5 of us can?t fit in a booth?. After realizing he was wrong he then corrects himself and says he will put us in a booth. Hethen says there?s a 15 min wait ok no biggie, his friends or a servers friend walk in and get seated immediately beforeeveryone else standing there waiting. Chris the manager came out of the back looking dirty, unshaved and If I had to guess highon drugs. He was unbothered by the entire situation. Ordered to go and it?s pretty frustrating when you order $40 worth of food plus tip and the receipt is correct but order is... WRONG. I had missing food and no silverware. The service here sucks and the place is beyond disgusting. Every time i order a salad, it is slimy with brown lettuce. You never... see the manager at this location , unlike the one on University. Does he just sit in his little office? Another issue we had isthat the bartender was too busy chatting it up with the people at the bar . She is not quick enough to tend bar and work 10tables.
