Now I absolutely LOVE Vietnamese cuisine. But this spot is NOT authentic Vietnamese or Pho. Like, I don't even know if any... Vietnamese people work in the kitchen or own this restaurant. Because, it's missing signature Vietnamese &/or Asianspices/flavors & fresh herbs typically & traditionally given as Pho garnish like fresh Dandelion Greens & a bunch of Purple orSweet Basil. Now while the serving size is perfect it tasted very very bland even after adding soy sauce, Hosin & a twist offresh lime juice. I even ordered the FirePho and it wasn't hardly on fire ???????????????????????? not even a little bit. Butthe restaurant was really cute, loved the colorful street art and modern decor. Besides that, hopefully, it will get better &better with time. But for people new to Vietnamese food this is a mild, no frills, basic start. Read more
