I would not recommend Wendy's during the evening hours unless you don't mind the possibility of waiting 30 to 45 minutes in a... drive thru before getting your food. As a Dasher, I refuse to any longer accept delivery orders to pick up at any Wendy'sestablishment in the evenings. I know they say food is made to order. They pull the burgers out of a warmer. I'm not sure howthis can take an extraordinary amount of time compared to other fast food establishments. There is no good excuse for theridiculous wait time at Wendy's. Read more
First time at this location. Waited about 15 minutes to order, which is whatever for fast food today. After ordering probably... another 10 minutes before getting to the window to get our food. At that time, I was asked to repeat my order. I was then toldthey didn't have the drinks we ordered. They started to get the cups to make and I had told them large and they were trying togive me small. The substitute soda, that was the 4th choice because they were out of everything else, had run out of syrupclearly while being made. It was disgusting. The other replacement soda also tasted flat. I checked the food while sitting theresince it had not be optimistic that it would be right. We were given the wrong size fries and missing an item. We got what waswrong/missing and left. Upon opening the burgers, which granted i didn't unwrap before leaving, weren't right either.Specifically we wanted the Pub burger for the pretzel bun. If they had told us they were out of buns I might have orderedsomething else, but we received our burgers with regular buns. One was supposed to be no onions but had onions. I've been to this location a few times; out of the ten or so times I've been, they've maybe got it right twice. Today I went... and while I was ordering in the drive-through, I told the lady that I wanted the bacon on the side for my hot honey chickensandwich, she told me it didn't come with bacon. I told her that I've had it before and it does, and that the menu on the screenshows that it has bacon. We had a back and forth for a minute, before she finally asked a co-worker and they confirmed it did.But yet, the bacon was still on the sandwich. And barely any honey for some reason. They also gave me both the drinks I orderedwith ice when it was supposed to be without (not a big deal, but) The biggest thing was that I ordered two kids meals, whicharen't super cheap. The toys weren't included, and I had to go into the store after to let them know, at which point they tellme they're out of toys. I don't blame them for being out, but why wouldn't they tell me when I ordered the meals? Worse theydidn't even include the milk (or any drink) it their bags. I would've just gotten a cheap order of fries and chicken nuggetsinstead if it wasn't going to include half of what it was supposed to. But yeah, they normally get the order wrong. The food was barely warm. The fries had been sitting forever. The service all around from employees was far from professional.... The wait time is ridiculous. No eat in (inside) access. Very poor service! I will not be returning, and I wouldn't recommendanyone to. Read more
