The service was barely there. The young man in the window seemed new which is understandable. But his peers were not even... leading him or showing him the way. My pup started crying so i realized i forgot to ask for a pup cup the young man goes to grabone but i can see the blank look on his face as hes trying to figure out what hes doing. Finally a young lady comes to thewindow she asked if we were waiting for anything else we said yes a pup cup. She turns into her staff comes back out the windowto say we needed to pay for it ... something we know very well which is why my boy friend had the dollar and change in hand. Andyes we know its better to go around but there was NO line i repeat not a car in Sight behind us. Not long after They handed usthe cup of whip cream with out the munchkin which lets face it is really what your paying for we asked for the munchkin and thenew kid gives us a chocolate one... at this point jesus take the wheel cuz almost everyone knows u cant give a dog chocolate!!!Lml of course we just left and i ate the darn donut but my pup wasnt to happy :( her face will tell it all Read more
Great new location - but staff is awful. I walked in this am, I was the only one at the counter. The worker behind the counter... was clearly having a conversation over his headset with another staff member about how she was working the drive thru..he didn'teven acknowledge that I was there and I was 4 feet from him. After about 3 mins, I asked if anyone was working the counter...hesaid huh? I asked again and said I had been waiting, he said yes, me, but give me a minute. After like 2 more minutes and himagain chatting with his headset I walked out. How rude. I will be passing this dunkin for the next one there are plenty to chosefrom - just common courtesy is all I wanted. Do yourself a favor and skip this one! Read more
Charged .50 cents ?local item? for ordering less ice in my coffee. I understand you get a little more coffee, but .50 is a... little much. The other local Dunkin?s don?t add this charge. Don't bother trying to go in, the three teenagers talking and leaning on the counter will tell you to use the kiosk in the... corner whether they are busy in the drive-thru or not. Went there the other day without any cars in drive-thru and they stilltold me to go use the kiosk. Half of the stuff they offer on the menu isn't on the kiosk. It's quicker to order from the personthan the kiosk. They even lock the inside doors so no one can come in from outside. They've messed around too much and won't begetting my bussiness anymore.
