The worst sandwiches ever. Roll burnt, the cheese just slapped on one side of the roll.It should have been melted in the meat.... We ordered 2 giant sandwiches #56 total almost $60.00 waste of money. Tried to contact store you cannot talk to anyone. Notbecause its busy no options for that. Usually get my sandwiches at the Bartonsville location, I will never go to the eaststroudsburg one again!!! First time trying it and never going back I got so sick of my stomach it's not even funny. I spent half the day at work running... to the bathroom with diarrhea unable to do my job properly because I ate their sub. And I know it wasn't anything else as Ihadn't had any other food today. I visited this store at 10:30am and based on the annoyed look from the woman behind the counter, I was the first customer of... the day. I ordered a giant turkey. She started to make my sandwich but I asked her to take the cheese off because I wantedvinegar on the bread before anything else was added. She very hostile and angrily doused the bread. At that point I knew she hadput too much on but I already felt like I was asking for too much (way to go for customer service!) So from that point on in theprocess she was very monotone and asked me what else I wanted on the sandwich. At the end she wrapped it up and pretty much slidit to the poor kid working the register who I know witnessed her hostility. I attempted to eat my sandwich less than 20 minuteslater but I couldn't even pick it up the bread was so soggy! Not only soggy but squished as you can see in the picture. Wish I would?ve read the reviews before going here. So nasty!! Do yourself a favor and go to the location on 611. They are super... clean and I NEVER had an issue. Who ever runs this location needs to do better. I know it?s hard to find good employees nowadaysbut my goodness. Read more

The lazy girl at the counter strikes again. I don't know her name, but she is rude and lazy with glasses. Second time I've come... in at around 8:25 to 8:30 and she refuses to make hot sandwiches. I don't know what kind of "policy" that is. However if I ordertakeout online I can still order hot sandwiches. I'm getting out of work at 8-8:15 trying to spend money at this establishmentand she refuses service. To be clear there were cheese steaks on the grill when we walked in.
