"We're out of ketchup," (how?), "ok," was then given the option of sauces in lieu of ketchup...great. Got the order, checked... the receipt and was charged extra for sauces...so I inquired, "why was I charged?" After huge attitude from employee "Chloe" Ijust gave up and moved on. Employee even refused to consult the manager at my request. Amazing. Very snotty and authoritarianyoung lady. Hopefully one day she will realize and appreciate her station in life, and understand how fortunate she is to haveemployment. Wendy s is usually my favorite drive-thru, but tonight it was lacking. Line of cars moved very slowly as the person taking the... orders was slow. Perhaps she was new? Idk. Fries came out a tick above cold, no spoons for Frosties, no napkins. Not"Wendy's" - like at all. This was not my usual location, maybe my expectations were too high. Read more
