Ellis is in an unassuming building next to the highway, and the fact the parking lot had only one space left should have been... our first clue. Inside it is comfortable, a little crowded, a little noisy, with an open chef's kitchen. And the food isabsolutely SUPERB! The flavor combinations are intricate, delicate, complex, and very appealing. The serving staff is efficientand polite the front of house is friendly and the bartender is skilled. This is now one of our top choices for dining out, andwe take all our friends. Read more
