I went here this morning because of the......, you guessed it...., homemade corned beef hash. Busy small restaurant that needs... better management. Long wait, I had to stop a waitress 15 minutes in to ask for Coffee and a water. Overall, great staff butunnecessarily over burdened. Took a while, 35 minutes, to get my meal, takeout takes precedence, again, managed bad or wayunderstaffed.i ordered a rueben omelet with the regular sides, and a side of homemade corned beef hash. The meal wasoutstanding, everything how it should be, and the home fries you ask? Look similar to a lot I've had, however, each individualpotato piece was spiced and fried to perfection, maybe top 5 of my illustrious eating career. The side of homemade corned beefhash was different than any I've had. Ground pure cored beef and thats about it, save the chips of Swiss cheese. It was verygood 4.9 ???? 's, needs some tiny potatoes.
