We ordered delivery and I order two Loves it and waffle bowls and we got one love it and one like it and 2 sugar cones even... though the receipt says waffle bowl ? when called store is was the owner cell phone and said only thing they can do is give usfree waffle bowl next time ? Read more
Today we went here with my friends, and my ice cream cup had a hair it was disgusting and when I asked to get a refund he... ignored me and welcomed other customers instead it was overly disgusting. Came here a few times for their milkshakes and they were good. However this last time, they had someone new, probably summer... help, and not only did they give me a smaller size cup than I ordered, which I did not notice until I was driving away, but themilkshake was also over blended / had too much milk in it. We love ColdStone and this Coldstone servers good ice cream. But the custom service is horrid to non existent. The manager/owner... was rude to unpleasant all the time we were there, it felt like he was doing us a favor providing ice cream.?????????????? The Ice cream is good but the staff is very rude and unpleasant.
