Stood in line for a good 10 minutes no service. Then I asked the guy cleaning the fryer if someone was going to take my order.... He said they are coming. Five minutes later nobody came to take my order so I left. Absolutely horrible customer service. I wishI could give zero stars. Read more
That was the worst KFC. The chicken tender was too salty and made my stomach burn. And the French fries were not fresh. They... were hard and stale so everybody would catch that right away. The cashier didn't have a friendly manner, they had 40 minutes toclose but she behaved like she didn't want to serve us. Also someone dropped a full cup of pop on the floor and they didn'tclean it and they didn't even put a caution sign there since we got in till we left. Which is dangerous because people can slipon it and it's also embarrassing to serve customers in a place it's not clean. This is the closest KFC to my home and workplace, but I would never go there again. Read more
Chicken is smaller (by a lot) vs Popeyes. Still prefer the taste but it is harder to shop here. Especially with chicken pieces... getting smaller and the gravy watery. And the fries soggy by the time you get home. Read more
They don?t make spicy chicken. The Chicken was ok and no big deal. There are other companies with better fried chicken dishes.

The girl that works there at the front talked bad about me in her foreign language to the cooks at the back basically calling... me dumb. I was being kind and respectful and asking questions about the menue ,little did she know I speak the same language aswell ,so I called her out for it and she acted dumb I want head office to know about this . She is Indian or Pakistani thishappened on Nov 15 in the morning/afternoon around 12 pm . She should be fired . I didn't deserve that to happen to me ! And whoknows if she was saying these awful things to other customers that wouldn't understand the language, . My husband is cauccasionand he wouldnt know if i wasnt there.I just left the restaurant and didn't even end up ordering anything because I don't want todine somewhere where I am not respected or shown the minimum amount of deciency .
