I ordered food at 8pm and waited over an hour to receive my curbside order. Tried calling the store multiple times and it just... doesn?t go through. The lobby is closed so you cant go inside. This location is terrible. I also had no way of cancelling myorder either so Im left with either losing my money with no food or waiting however long it takes for them to bring out my food.When we finally flagged down an employee who was taking food to another car, he stated that they did not have a mobile order butwent inside to get our food once we showed our receipt. It still took over 20 minutes to get our food despite the drive throughbeing empty most of the time while we were waiting. We had to wait for another person to come out and they stated they they hadcome out and we werent there but we hadnt moved from the curbside spot and my husband was waiting by the door for someone mostof the time. Good luck with this McDonald's, it is the worst ever. Go anywhere else. They are out of items on a regular basis. They are... closed at odd arbitrary times. The dining area has never been open when I have been there, even during normal daytime businesshours. It's been a horrible McDonald's since I first stopped 10 years ago. I spent 45 minutes in the drive thru 15 sitting at the speaker with no one talking 5 at the window with the guy doing something.... The girl at the window had the wrong order on the screen mine was sitting in a bag on the counter, food was room temp. Sandwichbread was hard and sandwich was partially unwrapped. Most the time you wait forever. It's really not worth the wait. Food is okay sometimes and others just not. Customer service... sucks.
