Ordered a Asiago chicken club sandwich. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get my order, by which time fries are soggy and cold... and then my sandwich has no lettuce, no bacon, no cheese, wrong sauce. How do you mess that up that bad? Read more

I ended up doing door dash. It took 20 minutes for them just to get the food ready, but the driver was there in under 5 minutes.... The food was not hot and the fries were disgusting. My frosty did not taste right and none of the sauces I ordered were there.Very disappointing. It's not the locations fault, but I was attempting to order ahead of time. The app kept telling me anerror had occurred and to try a different payment method. Another message was to try again later. I did both, order never wentthrough, yet I was charged anyway. I sat in my car and tried to get through to their customer service, of course, after 20minutes I hung up. My cards were flagged for possible fraud. I called and took care of it. Went to order and discovered one ofthe items was not available to begin with. So I just ordered a sandwich and the card I used was declined after getting itcleared to use. I did not have enough money to pay for the overpriced sandwich and left empty handed disappointing my kid. Theemployee's did nothing but shrug their shoulders. Read more
