Special requests are not being honored. This has happened the last four times that I have ordered over the internet. In all... four cases I asked that the jalapeno and banana peppers be put on the side and that extra dressing requests are also put on theside. Not one of those requests were met. I also asked for less tomatoes but more lettuce on 2 cold cut combos. I did getextra lettuce but I also got extra tomatos and had to take some off which really isn't a big deal but I wanted the store to beaware so that corrections can be made. Also, dressings need to be applied a little heavier especially when asked for moredressing. Otherwise this store has the freshest ingredients and the sandwiches are well made and not just slapped together. Iused a three rating so they would take notice of the issues and really wish that I didn't have to do that to get their attentionas they really do make a good sandwich. Read more
