I really do not appreciate an individual half my age interrupting me to give me an excuse as to why my pizza is not the way that... I asked for. There's obviously a reason why people are choosing Little Caesars over you at this point. We're newer to Eaton Rapids so have only ordered from this location a few times. We have covid in our home right now so I... ordered curbside to avoid exposing everyone in the restaurant. I placed my order using the app and clicked on "I'm here" buttonwhen I arrived. After waiting 45 minutes I went into the restaurant and my food was sitting in the warmer. I actually had thesame problem with the Holt MI location last year when we had covid. We like your pizza but if you are going to offer curbsideservice, I would like to be able to utilize it when needed. I should have asked for a refund of the tip! Read more
