I've lived in Eaton Rapids 15 years. The McDonalds here is just steadily going down hill. I don't eat there often so the... difference in service was so obvious. Poor people who work there seem clueless when it comes to customer service which I wouldattribute to poor training. Fries were stone cold. An employee wanted to tell me a vanilla shake was a chocolate shake (themachine apparently wasn't working properly and instead of telling me this, he then tried to say it was light chocolate.....notdark. What??) The manager was right there and didn't seem to have any idea how to help the young employee assist me. The truthwould've worked. I'm flexible.... Picked up a door dash order and my boyfriend was spoken to very rudely and dismissively by the employee when we tried to make... sure we had the drink. As though it was common sense that they put a Large drink in the bag with the food that we couldn't openand verify. I do not appreciate the unnecessary attitude for the employees misdoing. Who thinks putting a drink IN a food bag isever a good idea? Read more
Had a great experience there several times with my wife. Most recently we had an issue with our mobile order, which was easily... fixed thanks to their manager. The older lady in the red shirt was also incredibly kind and even held the door open for me whenI came back inside to grab something. They make mistakes just like any fastfood place, but they have fixed them time and timeagain. Thank you. Read more

Can't really rate the food. Waited at the counter for literally 5 mins. Employees walking by, not even acknowledging me. Finally... I ordered from the kiosk and paid. A few minutes later, an employee came out from kitchen area and said, "You do know we're outof lettuce for your sandwich." How would I possibly know that, the kiosk didn't tell me, and no human even acknowledged myexistence. Customer service has really gone down hill. If civics is no longer being taught in our schools, business (especiallyhospitality sector) needs to teach it to their employees. Read more
