After going in to pick up a pretzel tray that I ordered 2 1/2 weeks prior and paid for from this pretzel factory in Eatontown... New Jersey I was surprised to find out that they had made it the day before. Nobody called and asked why we didn?t show up theday before to pick up the pretzel tray, or the day after even though it was fully paid for. When we showed up the two workersthat were there we?re playing on their phones the place was dirty and they didn?t offer to help in anyway. We were going to myson?s 10th birthday party directly from there. They refuse to give me a refund because I didn?t have the credit card with me oroffer any help. I called the next day and spoke to Daniela who laughed at me on the phone and told me a different story thanthe other people told me about when the ovens got turned off. The man that they called the night before said the ovens getturned off at closing time so in case anybody walks in she told me the ovens get turned off at a half an hour before closingtime. I also asked for the owners phone number email and she said they had no such thing and the owners never come in andthere?s never a manager there . I will never order from this place again and it makes me extremely sad that I had 15, 10 yearold children without any snacks at my sons birthday party. Wet, soggy and slimy. Look at the photos. Went back to the store- no help. Could not explain other than ?steam from the oven?... and ?you can?t return food ?, but you sure as hell can deny the charge!! DONE Read more
