Absolutely terrible experience every time, I go here for the lemonade (I don?t trust their ?meat? and I?ve never seen those guys... wash their hands). Every worker is absolutely terrible at their job. Often they sit in the back without even coming up front toserve or they never say anything and you have to do the ?customer service? part for them. Place is literally a joke and theworkers don?t deserve the minimum wage they make. Read more
I've been going to Charles since they went in and their customer service has taken a nose dive. The employees don't care and it... shows. When you have almost zero produce, this is when you should step up your customer service because you know they won't begetting a full meal. Read more
Not even sure where to start, My first interaction with the lady at the counter was horrible, she started with ?you could just... come closer? in a very disrespectful and snarky attitude, while I was looking at the menu where I was standing back so that shewasn?t waiting on me while I try to find what I would like. She then was rude the entire time, it seemed as if she was trying tomake me feel stupid, I work at subway and this type of behavior would NEVER BE Tolerated, food was decent but the Woman whohelped me needs to be dealt with, this was on Sunday 21st around 4 in the afternoon. Managers need to be there for the afternoon and evening shifts, the young girl who checks you out has ZERO customer service... skills. She won't even take another order until the last order is served. 9 out of 10 times, they are out of green peppers andmushrooms....how can you sell Philly cheesesteaks without them???? The other young man, tall with dark brown hair, also has zerocustomer service skills. Very sad, because their food can be amazing when made right.
