I got two plain bagels with plain cream cheese. A simple order. Yet not only did they toast both bagels when I asked for them... NOT to toast them, one bagel had a big chunk missing and it had hair in it!!! I know it wasn?t mine because I have very shorthair and this one was super long. Read more
