They have good cold cut sandwiches
I ordered an unwrap to be delivered to my house. Jessica took the order. They charged me $6.00 delivery fee to go about 2... miles. The delivery guy left my order in the door without knocking. I called wondering where my order was cause it had beenclose to 1 hour. Jessica was the person I talked to. Terrible customer service. I asked what happened to Jimmy John's "speedydelivery " She said they no longer go by that. She popped attitude and blamed it on me Said I could call back when I lost theattitude. I'm over it- I boycotted Jimmy Johns for years because their CEO is a trophy hunter. So, no loss because I live byCousins subs that blows Jimmy John's away and Erberts and Gerberts is much better too. Not freaky fast Placed an order and it took 55 minutes to receive I work in the mall so Jimmy Johns is accross the parking lot
Order often sometimes delivery is super fast. Lately its been about 35 minutes. Sometimes I think pizza hut could get here... faster. Lol. Still though love the sandwiches. May 19 2020 Freaky slow!!! 30 minutes late!!! Read more
