Friendly and prompt customer service....dining room was not open so placed a to go order and the guy bought the pizza too... us...while we were waiting in parking lot....pizza was great. Read more
I order a lot from pizza hut. I have had a lot of issues with how the pizza comes. I ask for it to be cut into squares and it... come generally not cut into squares. Many times my toppings are not right. Fortunately for me i like almost any pizza. I do notcomplain much if at all. Does no good. All i get is these things happen sorry. Read more
No words can begin to explain the amount of incompetence I encountered. I ordered 2 pizza's online for delivery. Wait time said... 30 to 40 minutes for delivery. After 15 minutes the store called me asking if I sent someone in to pick it up, I replied no.They said well we gave them your order, but ensured me they would remake and get it out immediately. After another 20 minutes Idecided to call the store, after a very short conversation they tell me my order is in the warmer, and if I want to come get itI can. So I drive there to find an empty warmer, but the young kid behind the counter says he can have it done in 10 minutes,that was at 8:04pm. I did not receive my pizza until 8:51pm. I asked for a manager and was told that they had left at 2pm.Needless to say I emailed their corporate office. Read more
